And through the local newspaper, newsletter, local radio, we also hold an Open Day in conjunction with the local GAA club. We hold a presentation night at the end of each tear. Here we invite all club members juvenile and adult, parents and officials to this very important night in the clubs Callander. At tis event we present al the years winners with their trophies and have trophies for specia achievements Last year we held a coaching day for all our juveniles in the safe hands of Duxie Walsh and DJ Carey. This year we had Eoin Kennedy and Billy Bourke.
The Club presently has one 60x30 court with Gym, toilet and dressing room facilites for both male and female and showers for male only and one 40x20 court with toilet, dressing rooms and shower facilities for both male and female.
The Club is also planning for 60x30 full revamp of dressing rooms, toilets and showers to cater for both male and female up to Class A standard and in the 40x20 plan to increase the viewing area.

Brendan Hosey Leinster Club Person of the year
|
 |
Brendan is one of the most dedicated members to get involved in the overall promotion of Clogh Hand Ball Club in years he has been involved since he played under 13. and he won the 1992 under 17 60x30 All Ireland with club mate Joe O’Gorman. His energy and dedication to all aspects of the club is amazing. He is a newly married man and it is hard to see how he can afford the amount of time he gives the club. He spends countless hours training juveniles in the club,. He also finds time to help train the Kilkenny Juveniles. He never fails to play any of the juveniles coming up to important matches. He is also the clubs rep to the County Board. In 2011 he took over as Juvenile Officer for Kilkenny Handball Board. He finds time to play in the County and Leinster Championships. He takes part in all fundraising organised by the Club. But his main attributes is the respect he receives from any one he comes in contact with especially from the Parents of the Juvenile’s he trains, they hold him in high regard. Brendan Hosey would be a worthy winner of the Club man of the year award.
